We will send you compression bags. We ask that you cover the cost of the bags and the shipping for the bags, which is approximately $12-$15. You can use your conventional vacuum to compress the product very easily. Simply put it in its original box, and when its ready, we will email you a return label. Fed Ex will pick it up right from your door.

Yes! We warranty our foam for 15 years. However the warranty does not include:

• Destruction caused by your pet such as chewing or bodily fluids soaked into the foam . However, our beds come with a waterproof inner cover.
• “Yellowing” of the foam. This is a natural oxidation process. When foam is exposed to oxygen and light. It is not harmful to your pet, nor does it cause toxic substances to be released.
• Warranty includes foam to retain at least 90% of its shape and density

Yes, you can machine wash the covers on delicate cycle in cold water. You may dry the cover in the dryer on low heat or let air dry. Do not bleach. The inside covers should not need to be taken off as they are waterproof. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to white clean. Replacement covers are always available.

Just like your mattress at home, the foam and the visco top cannot be washed. However, we have included waterproof inner covers for added protection. Although the inner cover is waterproof, we cannot guarantee that no liquids will seep from the sewing seams.

Some of our foam is made by a Hong Kong company, and some is made in the USA. This depends on the model. Our products, regardless of source, is CertiPUR certified foam, and non toxic faux fur.
