What is your return policy?

We politely ask that you double check the height you are trying to achieve and the space you intend to place the product to ensure that the model fits with the needs of you and your pet.

You will find that our products are high quality, and a great value. Some products are rather large to accommodate large pets.

We offer returns within 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping. We can generate a return label and deduct it from the refund, or you may take it to your local Fed Ex or UPS store. We require that the product is sent back in in the original packaging as you received it. Please note - shipping can be very costly if the product is not compressed. We will send you compression bags upon request, and we will deduct the cost of the compression bags and shipping of bags from your refund (compression bags are estimated $13-$15 for Steppy bed 5.5 3 & 4 step), and $20-$25 for Big Buddy Booster 2 & 3 step). All returns must be in the original packaging, have no stains or fluids on the product, no smell of cigarette smoke, and in original condition. No refunds for damaged products.

Although most of our products are returnable within 30 days, they are not easy products to return due to their size. Please double check your measurements prior to ordering
