We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 30 days on all eligible items and free exchanges for 90 days. Items must be unopened with all tags attached.

You must email us at info@steppybed.com. Please provide your name, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
We will pay for return shipping with the following conditions:
- Product must be vacuum packed. Your vacuum at home should be able to do this using the bags it arrived in. Keep your original box for easy returns.
- Product must have been purchased within the past 30 days.
- Once product has been returned, we will inspect it for damage, and issue a refund within 7 days.
- We do not offer free returns in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, or Guam

Yes! We warranty our foam for 15 years. However the warranty does not include:
- Destruction caused by your pet such as chewing or bodily fluids soaked into the foam . However, our beds come with a waterproof inner cover.
- “Yellowing” of the foam. This is a natural oxidation process. When foam is exposed to oxygen and light. It is not harmful to your pet, nor does it cause toxic substances to be released.
- Warranty includes foam to retain at least 90% of its shape and density

Yes, you can machine wash the covers on delicate cycle in cold water. You may dry the cover in the dryer on low heat or let air dry. Do not bleach. The inside covers should not need to be taken off as they are waterproof. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to white clean. Replacement covers are always available.

Just like your mattress at home, the foam and the visco top cannot be washed. However, we have included waterproof inner covers for added protection. Although the inner cover is waterproof, we cannot guarantee that no liquids will seep from the sewing seams.
Where are your products made?
Where are your products made?
The foam for the Steppy bed 5.5 and the Buddy lounger is made in the USA. The covers are made overseas from a Hong Kong based company that has produced for large corporations such as Macys and Martha Stewart. We only use top quality facilities to produce our products. The Big Buddy Booster is completely made at this facility.
