Highly recommend Steppy Bed. Exceptional Products and Customer Service. Purchased the Big Buddy Booster for my 130# Golden Retriever. It came with a nice dog bed too. Yes! We warranty our foam for 10 years. However the warranty does not include:
- Destruction caused by your pet such as chewing or bodily fluids soaked into the foam . However, our beds come with a waterproof inner cover.
- “Yellowing” of the foam. This is a natural oxidation process. When foam is exposed to oxygen and light. It is not harmful to your pet, nor does it cause toxic substances to be released.
- Warranty includes foam to retain at least 90% of its shape and density
- The inside cover is waterproof. However, please keep in mind that fluid can seep through the zippers or the stitching. There is no way to avoid this.

Yes, you can machine wash the covers on delicate cycle in cold water (unless otherwise stated). However, to keep the covers looking new for as long as possible, we suggest dry cleaning or spot cleaning with cool water. You may dry the cover in the dryer on low heat or let air dry. Do not bleach. The inside covers should not need to be taken off as they are waterproof. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe clean. Please wash your cover separately from any other laundry. Replacement covers are always available.

Our products are made in the USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. We source from various countries to find the best materials. For example, the faux fur is sourced from a high-quality factory, Oeku Tex certified. Our foam is CeriPUR Certified. Our manufacturing facilities only produce the highest quality products, and have made products for large corporations such as Martha Stewart and Ashley's furniture. We have our USA employees that physically visit each factory and monitor each production. All designs are patented and are our own.

We politely ask that you double check the height you are trying to achieve and the space you intend to place the product to ensure that the model fits with the needs of you and your pet.
You will find that our products are high quality, and a great value. Some products are rather large to accommodate large pets.
We offer returns within 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping. We can generate a return label and deduct it from the refund, or you may take it to your local Fed Ex or UPS store. We require that the product is sent back in in the original packaging. as you received it. Please note - shipping can be very costly if the product is not compressed. We will send you compression bags upon request, and we will deduct the cost of the compression bags and shipping of bags from your refund (compression bags are estimated $13-$15 for Steppy bed 5.5 3 & 4 step), and $20-$25 for Big Buddy Booster 2 & 3 step). All returns must be in the original packaging, have no stains or fluids on the product, no smell of cigarette smoke, and in original condition. No refunds for damaged products.
