Shipping Information
- We use Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS for the shipment of all products.
- It is of the utmost importance to make sure that your address is correct for all orders, including any apartment numbers, suite numbers, or street addresses. You may run the risk of incurring additional shipping fees for any address correction fees.
- All tracking information will be sent to you via email.
- Our standard shipping included is ground, unless you pay for and specify for any other type of delivery such as expedited or overnight.
- We cannot control any carrier delays.
- All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. We ship as soon as the order is placed, with the exception of any weekend or holiday orders, in which the order will be shipped the following business day.
- If you place your order after 12 pm PST, please allow an extra business day to process and ship your order, as we are located in EST.
